Workshop Purpose: To provide Managers / Team Leaders with a practical framework to clarify the cause of the performance deficit, make an accurate diagnosis and apply an effective dialogue process to rectify the performance issue.
Workshop Outcomes: On completion of this workshop participants will be able to:
Identify the main components relevant to the Coaching role.
Use a Coaching framework , comprised of three components that will have practical value in the workplace: -Structure, Skill-Set, Mind-Set.
Use each component to guide the coach, to focus with clarity on identifying the cause of the performance deficit .
Conduct a Coaching dialogue to empower the person being coached, to ensure a powerful effect on performance.
Use the Coaching tools to facilitate this process in an objective and solution orientated manner.
Methodology: Experiential workshop: practical application of tools to assist managers with transfer of skills from workshop to workplace that will be utilised during the workshop and supplied on CD for post-workshop use. This would include assistance with diagnosing performance issues, focused dialogue and a framework for understanding the key building blocks essential for ensuring high performance.
