This is our flagship programme, aimed at optimising the effectiveness of teams working at any level within the organisation. The module-based solution, allows phased development improvement over a 12-month period.

  • Team Members who want or need to enhance their skills and develop a deeper understanding of the topic/s covered for growth, development and advancement. (Succession planning)
  • Supervisors / Team Leaders who want to excel at leading and driving team results.

Number of Modules?

12 (Maximum of 15 days spread over 6 – 9 months). A module a month (or a maximum of two) is recommended to ensure adequate time to complete application projects in the workplace to transfer and integrate the skills in workplace.

Type of Engagement?

Experiential, customised case studies and application projects, role plays, coaching and feedback to ensure ease of transfer from the workshop to the workplace.
