Workshop Purpose
To provide participants with knowledge, skills, values and attitudes in relation to the context and experience of the world of work.

Workshop Outcomes:
On completion of this workshop participants will be able to:

  • Greeting customers
  • Attending to customer enquiries of a semi-routine and predictable nature
  • Generating known solutions to a defined range of customer problems and queries

Methodology:
Exercises and job related case studies will be utilised during this workshop for transfer of skills from the workshop to the workplace.

Who should attend:
Staff members up to supervisory level who interact with customers and colleagues.
